These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pryda.App, including its website, applications, artificial intelligence features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Otto Pryda LLC, 4300 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 203, Miami, FL 33137, United States.

1. About Pryda.App

Pryda.App is an artificial intelligence companion and entertainment platform. The Services may allow users to interact with fictional AI companions, customize personalities and preferences, engage in AI-generated conversations, receive AI-generated voice content, and generate personalized images or videos.

All AI companions are fictional. AI-generated interactions do not represent communications with real people.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Personal License

Subject to these Terms, Pryda grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful personal purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Pryda.App to violate laws, harm others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others fraudulently, generate unauthorized likenesses of real individuals, create deceptive deepfakes, create illegal content, request content involving minors, request pornographic or sexually explicit content, circumvent platform safeguards, scrape data, reverse engineer the Services, interfere with security, or use outputs to train competing AI systems.

Pryda.App is designed as a SFW AI companion experience.

5. User Input

You are responsible for prompts, messages, preferences, customization settings, and other material you submit. By submitting Input, you grant Pryda and its authorized technology providers the limited right to process that Input as necessary to operate the Services.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are generated automatically and may not be unique. Outputs may contain errors or inconsistencies and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

7. Fictional Companion Disclaimer

Pryda companions are fictional AI-generated characters. They may simulate conversation, personality, affection, humor, memory, preferences, or emotional responses. These interactions are simulated and do not constitute a human relationship, therapy, counseling, or communication with a real person.

8. Moderation and Safety

Pryda may use automated systems and, where appropriate, human review to detect abuse, enforce policies, and maintain platform safety. Prompts or outputs may be blocked, filtered, restricted, or removed.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, logos, interfaces, branding, platform technology, and proprietary systems, are owned by Otto Pryda LLC or its licensors.

10. Purchases and Payment Processing

Certain Services require payment. Pricing, billing frequency, subscription terms, and product details are disclosed before purchase. Purchases may be processed through Digistore24, acting as an authorized reseller and payment provider.

11. Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will renew according to the billing frequency shown at checkout unless canceled. You may cancel future recurring billing according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

12. One-Time Purchases

Certain digital products, upgrades, resources, or add-ons may be sold as one-time purchases. The applicable price and description will be displayed before purchase.

13. Product Delivery

Pryda.App is a digital service. Unless otherwise stated, access to purchased digital products or features is provided electronically after successful payment. No physical product will be shipped.

14. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy and by the return terms displayed at checkout.

All purchases processed through Digistore24 Inc. are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked: you may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase for any reason.

15. Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled through the cancellation options provided by Digistore24. Users should retain their Digistore24 order confirmation and Order ID.

16. Pricing Changes

We may change pricing or available subscription plans from time to time. Changes affecting future recurring charges will be communicated where required by applicable law.

17. Third-Party Services

Pryda.App may rely on third-party providers for artificial intelligence, cloud hosting, payments, analytics, communications, infrastructure, and media generation.

18. Service Availability

The Services may occasionally experience maintenance, technical problems, provider interruptions, feature changes, or temporary outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access because of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse, security threats, illegal activity, non-payment, or legal or regulatory requirements.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otto Pryda LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Services.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, operational, security, or product reasons. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means.
